Anisa To
Anisa To holds a degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Reading and is a certified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. Currently working in the NHS, she provides CBT-based interventions for individuals with common mental health issues. Born in Hong Kong, she is passionate about adolescent mental health, diversity, and supporting Hong Kong students studying psychology in the UK.

Alyssa Lee
Alyssa Lee is pursuing an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health at University College London, aiming to work in the CAMHS field in the UK. Aware of the challenges in securing psychology-related opportunities, she is dedicated to supporting fellow students through networking and career events. As a BNO immigrant, she is passionate about providing mental health support to Hongkongers transitioning to life in the UK.

Alexandra Cheung
Alexandra Cheung is a third-year psychology student at the University of Warwick with a focus on cognitive neuroscience and psychopathology. Her research explores how brain dysfunction contributes to psychiatric disorders. As part of the PsychBoost committee, she is committed to connecting psychology students in the UK and offering mentorship and resources.
The Interns

Anson Chan
Anson, a Psychology with Education graduate from University College London, has gained diverse volunteer experience working with all age groups. His research interests focus on affective disorders and cognitive neurobiological mechanisms. He is now a psychological well-being practitioner in Hong Kong under the Health Bureau's Healthy Mind Pilot Program.

Stephanie Lau
Stephanie Lau is a psychology student at University of Surrey. Having experience working in hotline service targeting Hong Kong university students, she is interested in providing mental health services to Hongkongers living in the UK.

Rachel Chan
Rachel Chan is a a second-year psychology student at UCL. She is passionate about clinical and research psychology, and aspires to pursue a career as a clinical psychologist.

Candace Cheung
Candace, a graduate from King's College London, completed a placement year that reinforced her interest in working with various clinical demographics, leading her to pursue a career in clinical psychology. Through her internship with PsychBoost, she is currently working closely with the local BNO community to promote mental health awareness.
